Opportunities for green infrastructure should be incorporated into new development, capital projects identified in this Plan that involve roadway redesign, and through City-led efforts in residential areas. One priority area within the plan are the streets surrounding Healy Field (Florence, Firth, and Washington streets) to alleviate the stormwater issues in this part of the neighborhood.
