This study should evaluate the impact of limiting store size and types of stores on the price and type of goods and services that may be affected, as some chains may provide cheaper prices that are more affordable to lower income households. The study should also account for impacts on types of businesses that need larger footprints (fitness and dance studios, sit down restaurants, etc.
