Construct sea berm at Coleridge Street

"Constructing a raised berm along the coastline between open water and upland residences connecting to the Massport-owned Wood Island Bay Edge Park. This option provides the greatest level of protection and is preferred, but would require adding some fill to existing waters and wetlands and would be challenging to permit. However, any adverse impacts could be mitigated through the conversion of one wetland resource area to another and the creation of additional coastal habitat.

This option can be considered as part of a strategy for public access and ecological restoration along the coastline in this location."
