Improvements to Mary Ellen Welch Greenway

"The focus of the renovation will be on the City owned section from Porter Street to Marginal Street with the goal to:

• Reduce storm water and coastal flooding, both near-term and long-term

• Provide cool spots along the greenway to help mitigation Urban Heat Island

• Promote tree health"
