New shared-access path to Belle Isle Marsh along Austin Ave

"Improve walking and biking access to Belle Isle Marsh by designing and implementing a publicly accessible shared-use path of at least 10’ in width along the south side of Austin Avenue, a private way, between Palermo Street and, at minimum, a safe and accessible crosswalk west of the Proposed Project’s motor vehicle turnaround."
