Excel Academy recreational programming
"The Proponent [of 355 Bennington St] has agreed to make a financial contribution of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to support recreational programming for Excel Academy and their student body. The fifty-thousand-dollar financial contribution shall either be used for construction of recreational enhancements, which may include a half-court basketball court, fitness equipment, or other recreational asset, along the Greenway or be made payable to the “Excel Academy” for their use in enhancing existing school recreational programming."
