Public open space near Bennington St and Neptune Road intersection

The Proponent has agreed to construct a public open space near the intersections of Bennington Street and Neptune Road to support the revitalization of Day Square in line with the PLAN East Boston neighborhood planning initiative. Construction of this public open space is valued at more than $77,000 for pedestrian hardscape surfaces, site furniture, planting of shade trees and other landscape plant materials, signage, and other open space provisions."
