"The Proponent [of 355 Bennington St] has agreed to construct the Transitway between the Proposed Project and Excel Academy.... Construction of this Transitway on site is valued at approximately $35,000 for roadway pavement surfaces, curbing, striping, signage, and other roadway provisions as required to support use of this space by buses in the future."
